A Better Night Sleep with Big Fig Mattress

Big Fig Matress was kind enough to send me a mattress for my home for review. All opinions are genuine and my own.

Getting regular, 8 hours of sleep has always been so difficult for me. I am up all night tossing and turning, trying to count sheep or how many bottles of beer on the wall in order to doze off. In my lifetime, I’ve tried sound machines, essential oils, weighted blankets and I was still waking up exhausted.

I realized the problem was my mattress! My mattress was purchased in college, at a wholesale store for a decent discounted price. I was not prioritizing comfort or longevity. Since it was a complete foam mattress it was emitting so much heat that I woke up from overheating regularly. I also sunk in and experienced a lot of lower back pain.

I started doing my research and noticed Big Fig mattresses right away because they are foundationally supportive for curvy gals like myself. But honestly, this is a great mattress for anyone, any size.  Big Fig mattresses have cooling technology and a supportive foundation so you don’t get hot while you sleep or experience mattress sagging!

Talk about the holy grail of mattresses!

I thought it may have been too good to be true. I ordered a king-size and anxiously waited for the delivery.

It was white-glove delivered and set up beautifully in our king-size bed frame. The only thing we had to do was put sheets on the bed. I threw myself on top of the mattress and right away noticed the amazing back support. The perfect combination of soft yet supportive.

That evening my husband and I slept really well. We were so happy! We woke up the next day, had coffee in bed and chatted about our great sleep. He now chooses to watch tv in the bedroom over his man-cave due to how comfortable the mattress is. I am still debating how I feel about it haha

We’ve been sleeping on the mattress for about 7 months, and still, sleep soundly. The cooling technology and strong foundation keep the mattress from getting hot and sagging.  I have ZERO complaints! Right now they have a Veteran’s Day Sale going on! If you are looking for a new mattress, I cannot recommend this one enough! You’ll love it as much as we do!
